Born between the ’60s and ‘70s in Bronte, as a small family business for pistachio trading, Pistacchio S.p.A., simply processes and shells the pistachio.
In 1998 the company expands its facilities with the construction of a plant of 3000 square meters and an additional investment in new highly sophisticated machinery for the production of semi-finished products, such as pastes and natural grains, roasted and pralined products.
Since 2003 thanks to HPLC and microbiological laboratory, which allows to monitor the quality level of raw materials and finished products throughout the entire production process, the company is able to guarantees to its customers, the safety of the supply chain.
Pistacchio S.p.A. has expanded its production sector in 2019, purchasing a factory in Farigliano, Piemonte, that will be dedicate for processing “Nocciole del Piemonte I.G.P.”, confirming once again to be an innovative company and leader in a booming sector.
Nowadays Pistacchio S.p.A is based in Milan, a company at the forefront in the field of selection, production and processing of nuts; the company enjoys excellent visibility both in Italy and abroad with regard to the processing and transformation of semi-finished and finished products.
