This pistachio delight with a light texture will conquer your palate and that of all your guests! Ideal at the end of a meal, it can also serve as a delicious snack. And it gets ready in just 15 minutes!

– 1 gelatine leaf
– 250 g of whipping cream
– 80 g of pistachio cream
– 2 spoons of chopped pistachios
– chocolate drops (optional)

Place the gelatine leaf in a cup with cold water and leave it to soak for about 10 minutes. In the meanwhile, whip 200 ml of whipping cream and put the other 50 ml in a saucepan on the stove. Once the 10 minutes have passed, squeeze well the gelatine leaf and dissolve it in the warm cream on the stove. Mixing carefully, add the pistachio cream to the whipped cream and, immediately after, the cream with the gelatine leaf. Mix everything, distribute in small serving glasses and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle the mousse with the chopped pistachios and, if you like, the chocolate drops.
